What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing equipment and certain technical gear cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Temple Outdoor ships to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated during checkout.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our technical equipment and apparel come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects. We also provide a 1-year Temple Outdoor guarantee on the craftsmanship of our private label gear.
